Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive portal access and an introduction to your trade concierge within 24 hours. The entire process from application to first order can be as quick as 48 hours.
There is no minimum spend to join the Studio tier — just valid professional credentials. Annual spend thresholds determine your discount tier: Studio (up to $25k), Signature ($25k–$75k), and Atelier ($75k+). Tiers are reviewed annually and upgrade automatically.
Trade discounts apply to all full-price catalog items. For seasonal sale items, the greater of the sale discount or trade discount will be applied — you always receive the best available price. Promotional bundle discounts may be stacked with trade pricing at our team's discretion.
